Our company formulated the 7th Midterm Business Plan for FY 2010 - 2012. Amid a grave economic environment on a global scale, we have swiftly formulated a midterm business plan providing a business solution, and thus with an aim to become a company which prevails these times of hardships.

Continually yielding steady profits, exerting efforts towards the improvement of the working environment, and aiming to become a company which is ALWAYS trusted universally by customers.

[Basic Policy for Business Operations]

With "Rigorous Sales Expansion to ‘Winning' and ‘Growing' markets and customers," as a main pillar, we upholds the following five basic policies:

  1. <Efforts towards the expansion of the production system and an increase in cost competitiveness>
    We undertake the expansion of an optimum production system to meet the needs of each and every customer and to take measures to strengthen our cost competitiveness, including areas of physical distribution and product inspection.
  2. <Pursuing the business expansion tied up with materials>
    Pursuing overseas market expansion, mainly with the differentiated materials and functional materials, in order to promote business in products tied up with materials.
  3. <Improving planning skills and aiming for profit expansion through improved added-value>
    Focusing on the ODM business expansion to SPA apparel, improving its framework as a pillar for profit expansion.
  4. <Clarifying the role of overseas bases and promoting overseas business>
    Clearly separating the overseas affiliated companies and overseas offices in terms of functions and pro-actively deploying business expansion, including sales to overseas markets.
  5. <Promoting business which utilizes financial resources effectively>
    Improving the balance between accounts receivable and inventories/accounts payable in order to promote the effective use of funds.

[Across-the-Board Basic Policy]

  1. In order to realize the Slogan, every single employee strives to improve communication, cooperate with one another better, and speed up problem-solving activities through teamwork.
  2. Focusing upon the empowerment of each individual = human resource development, for the improvement of organizational performance.
  3. In order to strengthen the competitiveness, making efforts towards cost reduction/economization and a shift to low-cost operations across-the-board.
