On March 15, 2009, TAMURAKOMA & Co., Ltd., which was founded by its first president Komajiro TAMURA in 1894, celebrated its 115th anniversary. The company, which was originally established as a western textile company, has been able to enjoy continuous growth in the field of textile business for a remarkably long period of time. TAMURAKOMA owes its successful track record entirely to the courtesies and support of its customers, business partners and people of the local community. I take this opportunity to express my greatest appreciation for the courtesies and support we received.

In recent years, the environment that surrounds us has gone through a tremendous change. Particularly, people are now seeking styles of living, purpose in their lives and lifestyles that are more diverse than ever before. TAMURAKOMA’s identity is shaped around, “achieving a bountiful lifestyle and contributing to lifestyle enhancement through our manufacturing activities.” Furthermore, we believe that the mission of TAMURAKOMA, standing in the midstream of distribution, is to treat its customers and business partners sincerely and sympathetically, and to supply “quality products,” which meet everyone’s satisfaction.
